Cut Grading:
All our stones are ideally cut to bring out the maximum brilliance and sparkle. The gemstone in order to have the maximum brilliance and sparkle it should be properly cut with proper proportions and ratios.One of the important factors is its thickness (depth). The ideally cut stone should have thickness of 60%-75% (of thediameter or the narrow width) to bring out its maximum brilliance and sparkle.
If the depth falls below 60% or rises above 75% the gem becomes too shallow or deep. Such proportion diminishes the brilliance. We make sure our stones fall within such proportions, even though we sacrifice some portions of the rough

Caring for Gemstones
Gemstones can be cleaned with any cotton or polishing cloth. All Gemstones have high hardness and durability, you can even use a brush or detergent to clean off dirt or oil (but not necessary). However, when using soaps or detergents to clean gems, one should wipe the stone dry thoroughly to avoid residue from the soap leaving a film that will dull the brilliance of the stone. Gemstones should be cleaned (using cloth) frequently to remove oils from skin that also dull the brilliance of the gem. Also be careful while cleaning the stone, make sure stone does not slip off your hand while cleaning. Always clean under a soft surface beneath, so that even if the stone slip from you hand it lands in a soft surface.
